Maybe you could tell me how to do it then. I also have a problem with the multiquote. The regular quote sometimes the little blue popup box doesnt show when I highlight the post. All I get is a normal cut/copy/paste white options box. When multiquoting the screen turns completely light blue. Nothing on it. No prompts, no keyboard, nothing.

I usually do it by reading about subjects, discussing said subjects with people who have more knowledge than I possess, and from time to time immersing myself in those subjects through first person experience. The cycle usually continues until my curiosity is sated or the level of proficiency I sought is reached. In this case, part of my military training involved the study of various forms of psychological control methods - Monarch was one of those.

Feel free to call bullshyt - your credibility on being able to discern reality is already so thin, I would take it as a compliment.

The US military doesn't use Monarch, silly - but it does study it, among many of the psychological influence techniques used throughout history. That specific program wasn't particularly unique in it's methodology (some if it borrowed from ancient techniques), but its usage from WWII through the Cold War (and beyond, by 3rd world tinpot types) has become de rigueur. It's not terribly effective, actually, so few modern institutions have any use for it. There are much better ways to get you to love Big Brother.
