‘Crime Capital Delhi’: AAP
The ruling AAP government quickly responded to the criminal activity and lashed out at the Centre over the law and order situation in the national capital. It’s to be noted that the Delhi Police unit comes under the management of the Ministry of Home Affairs and not the Delhi government.
AAP leader and Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj named Delhi as the “Crime Capital" of India, while AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal trained guns at Home Minister Amit Shah for “Jungle Raj" in the national capital.
“Amit Shah has ruined Delhi. He has turned Delhi into a jungle raj. People everywhere are living in fear. The BJP is no longer capable of handling Delhi’s law and order situation. The people of Delhi must unite and raise their voices," the former Delhi Chief Minister said.
The police launched an investigation into the matter to nab the accused involved and find the motive behind the fatal shooting incident. Reportedly, the man owned a business in Delhi, but his family claimed that they never received any threat calls.
