Buggy but shows promise

The app was fine a few weeks ago but now I find it unusable. The Momo bit is broken, wants me to get off WiFi first, which I do, then it tells me “ Please ensure connectivity with your MTN data sim in your mobile device.” Called customer care, no solution. I tried to get a mash up bundle and that didn’t work either. It fails at the last point where they have to send a prompt for my pin. Finally managed to do it with the USSD. And with that the flash message appeared with the transaction details empty. Entering my pin resulted in transaction failed. Had to go and get it done in the approvals section. I’m still giving 4 stars because there have been periods I enjoyed using it over the last year.

Problem of the app

I was using this for a while now then I received notification to update it , the moment I updated it i can’t use it anymore
When I open it on my phone then it close itself.
Please is there anything you can do to stop that …because it’s really helps me when I used the app rather then going through that long process

This app is still buggy after the latest update

Why can’t you just make sure everything works before you release an update. I’ve been experiencing the same issue when I try and transfer airtime to another mtn number using my available airtime balance . Initially it will work once or twice and then just stops working until you uninstall and reinstall . Now it doesn’t work at all after the latest update. I am not impressed by such trivial issues that can be easily resolved.
