Go to the Loud House Basement, on Saturday at 'Dinner' time. Took me so long to discover the time is listed wrong.

Heh, android version is broken like madman. PC version is even worse. Missing stuff on main menu and got this error after the canteen scene so... Permanently stuck there, no way to keep going hahaha

You need to first turn them on in the cupboard in Lincoln's room and them it appears on the side menu on the left in most areas. It looks like a cog wheel mostly.
